Each resident's monthly cost is specific to them depending on their room size and Level of Care. Unless the family is notified of a Level of Care change, the monthly billing amount does not change from month to month. If you are interested in Colwich Gardens for yourself or a loved one, call to schedule an assessment with our Director of Nursing to determine your Level of Care charge. The monthly base rate includes 3 meals a day, utilities, cable TV, housekeeping, an emergency call system, climate controls for each room and access to medical staff 24/7.
